Peter Montagnon was one of the best known profiles in the UK corporate governance debate. For 20 years he was a journalist at the Financial Times, and since then he was a senior investment adviser at the British Financial Reporting Council and director of investment affairs at the Association of British Insurers. Peter Montagnon was associate director at the Institute of Business Ethics. Peter passed away on June 25 2019.
