In 2024, the European Court of Justice decided three cases involving the interpretation of the harmonised EU company law, and a very important case on the application of domestic company law to companies formed in other Member States. Additionally, there were a few cases linked to company law that are worth mentioning briefly.

1. C-713/22, LivaNova plc – Liability following a division of a company
