In the last issue, Professor Paul Krüger Andersen calls for the termination in Danish company law of the Supervisory Board, which was introduced with the current Companies Act of 2009 but is seldom used. This reply supports the idea of a reform of company law but suggests other alternatives to provide even more flexibility for Danish limited liability companies.
